Meet the owner: Kim morgan
Director

Kim has a long running passion for organics, having served on the Australian Organic Ltd (AOL) Board from October 2012-August 2020 during a major time of change (including the demerge of AOL and Australian Certified Organic) and was a Director of Organic Growers of Australia (OGA) from 2013-2019. Kim is a member of AOL’s Vigneron Advisory Committee. Kim now serves on the Board of NASAA Organic and Happy Soils.
Kim created certified food business mOrganics-baby ‘O’.
Kim is the founding Director of mOrganics and is actively involved in consulting and organising and leading the Annual “Aussie” Organic Trade Mission to The States.
Kim has strategically planned and lead Organic Trade Missions and stands at Trade and Consumer events in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia for the past fifteen years, while working actively with organic businesses to assist them in market access, business development and business grants.
Over many years, Kim has built very good working relationships and collaborated with colleagues and peers in the organic industry in The USA, U.K, Scandinavia, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Kim has a thorough working knowledge of import and export compliance requirements, marketing and promotional plans and entry strategies, working as a consultant on a number of projects with a range of organic business people in Australia and in overseas markets.
Kim has a degree in Marketing and Education and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) modules-Duties and Responsibilities of the Not-For-Profit Director; Strategy and Risk for the Not-For-Profit Director; Governance For Directors; The Role of the Director and The Board and Risk: Issues For Directors.
Kim has worked in Australia and The UK in management, operations, consultancy and marketing roles in Hotel Groups, Business Services, Catering Companies and Certified Organic businesses with responsibility for multi-million dollar entities.
